Plowing Blades

Our plowing blades are manufactured from high quality abrasion resistant Swedish and American alloy steel. All 1/4" thick plowing blades have a minimum tensile strength of 225,000 psi and a Brinell hardness of 500 (55 Rc). All other blades have a minimum tensile strength of 180,000 psi and a Brinell hardness of 400 (45 Rc). Most OEM blades have a tensile strength of 100,000 psi and therefore are not as strong or durable as ours. Additionally, our plowing blades are "thru-hardened" and are guaranteed to be as hard in the center as they are at the surface.
