The Kit in the above picture contains the necessary tooling to bore a 1.5" diameter hole under a five foot wide sidewalks with only a 34" long entrance trench. For boring distances over 5 ft., additional drill rods will need to be purchased -- available in 2', 4', 5' and 10' lengths.

A 1/2" or larger heavy-duty industrial drill that turns at a constant speed of 300 to 450 rpm is required to power the boring unit -- electric, gas, pneumatic or hydraulic powered units are recommended.
